Your agreement with Museiac

Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Museiac, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform or use our services.
Museiac is a music distributor and creator commerce platform operated from Patna, Bihar, India.
2. Eligibility
Age Requirements
- 18+ years: Full independent use
- 13-17 years: Parental/guardian consent required
Legal Capacity
You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

₹4,999/year
+ ₹599/year per additional artist
All prices include GST. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance.
Refund Policy
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of:
- Platform failure to deliver stated services
- Billing errors
- Duplicate charges
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of charge to help@museiac.com.
5. Revenue Sharing and Payments

Critical Provision: Continuity After Cancellation
Your music remains distributed even if you cancel your subscription.
You continue earning 80% of royalties indefinitely as long as your music generates streams.

7. Content Ownership and Rights
Your Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of:
- Master recordings
- Copyrights
- Publishing rights
- All intellectual property in your content
We never claim ownership of your music.
License Granted to Museiac
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Distribute your content to streaming platforms
- Store and process your audio files
- Display your content in promotional materials
- Use your artist name and likeness for platform operations
8. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Content Restrictions
You may not upload:
- Content you don't own or have rights to distribute
- Unauthorized cover songs (without proper licensing)
- Music containing uncleared samples
- Content that infringes copyrights or other IP rights
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Sexually explicit or excessively violent content
- Misleading metadata or fake artist names
Prohibited Activities
- Manipulate streaming numbers (bots, fake accounts, stream farms)
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
- Share account credentials with others
- Interfere with platform security or operations
- Use our service for illegal purposes
Consequences: Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, payment withholding, and legal action.

- Platform acceptance or playlist placement
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Particular results or outcomes
