• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available

Use of Services

Permitted Use

You may use our services to:

• Create and publish professional EPK pages
• Upload and share your original music and content
• Connect with industry professionals and other users
• Access discovery and promotional features
• Use analytics and insights tools

Prohibited Use

You may NOT use our services to:

• Upload content that infringes on third-party rights
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us:

• A non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content
• Permission to make your content available through our discovery platform
• The right to create backups and ensure service availability
• Authority to remove content that violates these Terms

Content Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all uploaded content
• Your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• You have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses
• Your content complies with all applicable laws

Our Content

Our platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Museiac and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit permission.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions
• Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method
